NO PARTIES/EVENTS
It is not allowed to hold parties or events since we must respect the quiet times and rules of the resort.

This property has some coexistence rules, failure to comply with them may involve fines that will be added to your account. We will tell you a little so that you take them into account:

• Check in time available: you can only enter the first time between 4pm and 9pm.
  In case of entering late at night outside our hours (from 4 to 9 p.m.), no refunds or discounts prevail. You must confirm your arrival time so that an agent is available to assist you with everything you need regarding the check-in process.
  Then you can use the resort card to enter or leave at any time you want.

You will be able to enter independently, through the smart lock.

• Establish quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, so no disturbing noises or parties are allowed.

• Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is allowed.

• Parking is not allowe- Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited in the house.
  Smoke fine of $250 will be charged.

• Our property does not allow pets. If you bring a pet without authorization, there is a fine of $200 plus any fines requested by the Resort.d in green spaces or in any other space that is not intended for such use.

• The bedding and towels must be in the same condition in which you received them, any given will add a cost that will be added to your account summary.

• You cannot leave garbage on the porch, patio or sidewalk, the community applies fines.

Basic supplies available at the property are complimentary for the first days of your stay. It is recommended that you purchase everything necessary for your comfort.
