The house was spacious and appeared clean to the eye, but roaches were coming from behind the stove and inside cabinets / on countertops when attempting to cook. I didn't see it in the reviews, so maybe the last guest brought them, but they were aware cause they had spray under the sink. The refrigerator didn't get cold. One room upstairs had bedbugs. Told the host about these issues, and nothing was done. I even sent videos and pictures. Not to be nasty, but this was very disappointing, given that I have a 4-month-old!
My family & I booked this trip months in advance for my son’s 3rd birthday celebration, to fit 16 of my family members. Luisana & her 6 other host were very responsive & helpful. Everything went well until it was time for our vacation & that’s when things turned left for the worse. Before arrival I gave Luisana a list of evry adult name that will be entering the gate. Because my flight was later than the rest. I also let her know what time every one would be arriving which was after 9pm. Once my family arrived to the bnb the code they gave us would not work. I called Luisana & her team countless times, I messaged them no response, yet her account was green & active. I called bnb support they said to wait a hour & they would escalate to see if they could get in contact with her team. By time the team reached back out to me it was 1am at that time. We had to make a decision to get a hotel because my grandmother had dialysis earlier that day & needed to rest.
